Directions

From the Exeter direction on the A38 branch left at Manadon Junction, then at Manadon Junction Roundabout take the fifth exit and merge onto the A386. Continue forward on the A386, then at Derriford Roundabout take the third exit continuing along the A386. Bear right and at the traffic signals turn right onto the B3492. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Plymbridge Road (B3492) and turn left onto Glenfield Road before taking the next left again into Cobham Field.

From the Saltash direction on the A38 travel over the Tamar Bridge and continue following the A38. At Manadon Junction branch elft, then at Manadon Junction Roundabout take the second exit, merging onto the A386. Continue forward on the A386 then at Derriford Roundabout take the third exit continuing on the A386. Bear right and at the traffic signals turn right onto the B3492.Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Plymbridge Road (B3492) and turn left onto Glenfield Road before taking the next left again into Cobham Field.
