Customer Service Administrator

About the Role

In this role you will be working in our Customer Service department based in our Head Office in Torquay. You will answer both telephone calls and emails from our customers, helping them with any queries they may have about their home. You will coordinate with other departments, contractors and other third parties to help resolve their queries and to find a solution. You will be updating our COINS system with information regarding the customer’s journey and any actions taken.

Hours: 37.5 per week working Monday-Friday full time in an office environment.

Who we are looking for

Acting as a representative for the company, you will be required to deal effectively with all customers and be able to manage their expectations appropriately.

Our ideal candidate will be an individual with experience of working in a similar role within a Housebuilding environment. Alternatively a strong knowledge of trades and their role in the housebuilding process would also be desirable.

You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to persuade, negotiate and compromise.  You will be able to work to tight deadlines and balance and prioritise your own workload.  You will also possess excellent computer skills in a number of Microsoft packages, be flexible, and able to work to high standards of presentation and accuracy.
