About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Land and Design, the successful candidate will be responsible for progressing sites through the planning process to consent and negotiating with Local Authorities, Agents, Consultants and Public Stakeholders to successfully deliver a pipeline of development projects on time and on budget.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated professional, who is commercially aware and has a proven track record of the development process.  You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, together with the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
