Head of Customer Services

About the role

As the Head of Customer Services you will take full ownership for the customer experience strategy across the business. You will facilitate a high quality inspection service, fostering great relationships with your colleagues to drive the highest of standards for our customers. You will lead your team to ensure any customer queries are dealt with promptly and the highest level of service is delivered at all times within budget constraints. Our Head Office is in Torquay, but you will be travelling to our active developments and to occupied homes across the South West. We are currently a 5 star house builder, in this role you will ensure this level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, commercial individual who not only has an excellent knowledge of the housebuilding construction process and common defects, but can engage a variety of stakeholders on striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
