From Exeter

On the A38 towards Plymouth continue in the left hand lane then branch left to merge onto the A380 signposted Torquay. At the Penn Inn Roundabout, take the second exit onto the A380 signposted Torquay, continuing for approx 3.miles until you reach Kerswell Gardens roundabout. Take the second exit onto the A380 signposted Paignton. Take the second exit at the next three roundabouts signposted Paignton/Brixham. At Tweenaway Cross continue forward onto the A3022 signposted Brixham. At Clayland Cross continue forward onto the A3022 for approximately one mile until you reach Fusion on your right.

From Plymouth

Join the A38 from Plymouth signposted Exeter. Continue for approximately 13 miles until you reach Marley Head Junction and branch left. At the roundabout take the first exit and at the second roundabout take the second exit onto the A385 signposted Paignton, Dartington, Totnes and continue forward for approximately 4.5miles. At the mini roundabout continue forward onto the A385 signposted Paignton taking the second exit at the next roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and bear left to stay on the A385 signposted Paignton. 4.5miles later you reach Tweenaway Cross, turn right onto the A3022 signposted Brixham and follow for approximately 1 mile until you reach Fusion on your right.
