New footpaths will link the scheme to existing pedestrian and cycle routes, including the popular Tarka Trail leading north to Barnstaple, or west towards Westward Ho! and the coast.
Each property will be fitted with an air source heat pump which provides a greener alternative to gas heating, plus electric vehicle charging points.
A large proportion of homes are south-facing and will be installed with solar panels to generate electricity. We anticipate our Marketing Suite and Show Home will be open in Spring 2025.
