New homes in Wembdon, near Bridgwater

In summer 2024, work began at Centenary Heights in Wembdon, providing 2, 3 and 4-bedroom new build homes for the Bridgwater area.

The development, which is being built in collaboration with Martin Grant Land, will deliver 109 new build properties as the first phase of a larger development, creating the start of a new community. Eight of these homes will be affordable housing for local people, managed by an affordable housing provider.

As with all Cavanna Homes properties, these new houses in Bridgwater will be constructed from high-quality materials selected for their longevity, efficiency and performance. A selection of the energy-efficient new homes will also feature solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.

The development is set within a vibrant rural village on the edge of Quantock Hills. It has good connections to the area’s cycle routes and is 1 mile from the market town of Bridgwater. For commuters, Wembdon is conveniently located just off the M5 corridor, offering easy access to Taunton, Exeter, and Bristol. The nearest train station is just under 2 miles away.
