Anticipated Show Home opening – Summer 2026
In summer 2024, work began at Centenary Heights in Wembdon, providing 2, 3 and 4-bedroom new build homes for the Bridgwater area.
The development, which is being built in collaboration with Martin Grant Land, will deliver 109 new build properties as the first phase of a larger development, creating the start of a new community. Eight of these homes will be affordable housing for local people, managed by an affordable housing provider.
