Looking for Land in the South West
We are always interested in hearing about potential residential development opportunities throughout the South West.
Whether a site already has planning permission, is being promoted through the planning system, or is at an earlier stage, we would be pleased to discuss its potential.
We work closely with landowners, land agents, promoters and local authorities to bring forward sites that can deliver much-needed new homes while respecting the character of the local area.
What we are looking for
Our land team is actively seeking:
- Land with or without planning permission
- Strategic land opportunities
- Greenfield and brownfield sites
- Urban extensions and sustainable new neighbourhoods
- Sites capable of delivering from around 20 homes to larger developments
We are particularly interested in opportunities across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Bristol, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
