As Managing Director, Grayham maintains the growth of the company, whilst providing a safe and enjoyable working environment for all directly and indirectly employed colleagues. He leads the team to bring forward well thought out, quality homes for customers and supports the wider communities in which we build.
Scott Murray
Finance Director
Scott has overall responsibility for the management, monitoring and control of the Group’s finances.
Andrew Guerin
Director of Finance
Andrew supports the business both at an operational and strategic level. Overseeing accounting and financial control functions, he also shapes the firm’s financial strategy to ensure long-term growth.
Michael Newman
Director of Land & Design
Identifying and setting the company’s land buying strategy, Michael is responsible for obtaining planning permissions, generating value and ensuring land buying targets are met.
James Stride
Director of Construction
James leads on the safe management and quality of all development projects, from initial groundworks until completion, to ensure the homes are built to the highest standard and within the agreed timeframe.
Paul Furner
Director of Sales & Marketing
Paul is responsible for the service provided by the Sales and Marketing Teams, making sure the buying process is straightforward and enjoyable for customers, whilst also ensuring all activity aligns with the Cavanna Homes Customer Charter.
Ben Rowntree & Robert Cavanna
Fourth Generation Family Members
The fourth generation of the Cavanna family continue to play an active role within the business today ensuring the “Cavanna Way” ethos remains a key pillar throughout the firm.
