In my role as Finance Director for the Group, I have overall responsibility for the financial management, monitoring, and control of the business.
Joined the company in July 2001.
In my role as Development Director I am responsible for the safe, effective and profitable delivery of projects specifically in the pre-development areas of the business. My role oversees the Design, Technical and Commercial functions in addition to my duties as part of the Management Team.

Responsible for the safe, effective and profitable delivery of all projects for the company.
Specific focus on Construction, Sales, Customer Services and HR whilst taking an active role in the wider Management Team.

I am responsible for the Finance team and also a member of the Senior Management Team. My role is to support the business both at an operational and strategic level, managing the accounting and financial control functions for the organisation as well as shaping its financial strategy to ensure long-term growth.

The focus of the Current Land department is the identification and acquisition of land to meet the company’s short term land requirements. The emphasis is on land that has planning permission or is allocated for development in a Council’s local plan to deliver house sales within a period of less than 2 years from acquisition. I am responsible for identifying and setting the land buying strategy for the company as well as overall responsibility for ensuring departmental land buying targets are met.
I’m also responsible for obtaining planning permissions for our schemes and generating value and for the Portfolio and specification update.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, I contribute towards the formulation of strategic direction for the company, as well as they day to day running to ensure companywide targets are achieved.

Managing the Technical and Commercial Teams in the procurement of the Architectural and Engineering services as well as the services of the Sub-Contractor and Supplier requirements for all of our developments and taking an active role in the Management Team for the day to day running of the business.

I head the Construction Team, who are responsible for building our new homes from initial groundworks until completion of the project. My Key focus is to ensure our homes are built safely to the highest quality to agreed timeframe and defect free for our customers. As a member of the Senior Management Team I’m involved in the strategy and growth of the company.

My main responsibility is to support the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure our customers receive an exceptional service from their very first point of contact with Cavanna Homes and throughout their buying journey. I am also responsible for ensuring that all of our Sales & Marketing activity align with our Customer Charter and making sure we are providing correct information to our customers to help them make an informed decision. I want our customers journey with Cavanna Homes to be enjoyable, exciting and straightforward and myself and the Sales team are here to make this happen.

With over 25 years construction experience, my key focus as Head of Customer Services is to ensure our homes are built to the highest quality for our customers. I also support our customer’s journey with Cavanna Homes ensuring it’s an enjoyable experience.
