An autumn windfall of new developments marks a vibrant season for Cavanna Homes
In the last few months, here at Cavanna Homes we have launched a number of new developments including our prestigious Cavanna @ Wolborough Hill in Newton Abbot which will feature a number of luxury new homes set within large, green landscaped areas, alongside a private tennis court, with spectacular views over Newton Abbot towards Dartmoor.
On the western fringe of Dartmoor is Broadleigh Park in the bustling market town of Tavistock where, since the Marketing Suite opened at the start of summer, we have taken 5 reservations whilst preparing for the show home opening next month.
Another development with stunning views is the appropriately named Lyme View in the coastal village of Holcombe, near Dawlish where we’re building 35 new three, four and five-bedroom detached homes. Having just launched, we’re really pleased to have welcomed a very healthy number of visitors and taken our first off-plan reservation.
Cales Reach in the South Somerset town of Wincanton, just off the A303 to London, is a brand-new location for us and the locally recruited sales team are preparing to unveil the new scheme to local homebuyers when the Marketing Suite opens in November.
The construction team have already started on site and the first homes are expected to be ready in the spring. They will include a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
As well as launching new developments, we’re also nearing the completion of some long-standing projects. Our landmark site at Primrose Hill, which provides a green and welcoming entrance to Torquay, is all sold with the last reserved properties expected to complete this month.
Just a few miles away at Fusion in Paignton, our range of two, three and four-bedroom homes have sparked a lot of interest, especially from first-time buyers who have benefitted from using the Help to Buy Scheme before it ends in 2021. There are currently just two three-bedroom homes for sale at Fusion.
In East Devon, Alfred’s Gate at Newton Poppleford has seen the beautifully designed development of contemporary homes sell very quickly with just one home remaining.
Over the border in Cornwall at Moorland Vale in Bodmin, 60% of our new homes have sold or been reserved since the show home opened earlier this year.
We have seen a very buoyant period of sales, despite the uncertainty in the housing market nationally. Our focus continues to be on building new homes to the highest-standard and creating vibrant new communities in carefully considered locations close to the city, coast and countryside.
It’s a very exciting time for Cavanna Homes with even more new developments opening across the Westcountry in the New Year including Exeter and Bude.
There’s clearly a strong demand for housing in the region, and with our fantastic locations and commitment to building quality new homes we are confident that house hunters will find what they’re looking for, whether their search is in Devon, Cornwall or Somerset.
