100 percent recommendation from our homebuyers in the latest HBF Customer Satisfaction Report

We are extremely proud to announce that we have been awarded the maximum five-star rating by the Home Builders Federation (HBF), with 100 percent recommendation from our homebuyers.

Cavanna Homes is one of 36 homebuilders nationally to receive the five-star recognition.

The HBF customer satisfaction survey asks new build homeowners to provide honest feedback on their homebuilder’s build quality, customer service and whether they would recommend their homebuilder to others.

100 percent of our homeowners who took part in the survey said they would recommend Cavanna Homes to their friends and family as a trusted homebuilder. To gain the coveted five stars, homebuilders must receive a minimum of 90 percent approval rating, making this award an independent measure on customer satisfaction.

As part of the HBF ratings, we have also received a fantastic 96 percent on the build quality of our new homes, with the five-star benchmark at 87.5 percent.

HBF’s executive chairman Stewart Baseley said that the increase in customer satisfaction levels reflected the significant effort made by housebuilders to produce a quality product that customers wanted in a way they expected it to be provided.

“We have now seen three successive years of improved scores, underlining the industry’s determination to get it right for its customers,” he commented.

Last year Cavanna Homes were also named Housebuilder of the Year in the national Housebuilder 2019 Awards.
