Cavanna Homes always fits double glazing and additional insulation into its new homes and on a number of developments we’ve installed solar PV for heating and hot water and electric charging points for vehicles to keep running costs to a minimum. Even the addition of a third hinge on internal doors, ensures a snug fit and draft-free rooms.

When you buy a new build home, it goes without saying that you move into a property that no one else has lived in before. The walls are painted in neutral colours, providing a blank canvas for you to easily add your own style and personality to your home. Subject to the stage of construction, you may also be able to choose your fixtures and fittings including kitchen, flooring and bathroom tiling as well as electrical fittings and wardrobes, placing your own stamp on your home before you’ve even moved in.
