Fall in love with your home this Autumn! Send us photos of your home looking Autumnal to be in with a chance of winning a £50 voucher

Autumn is officially here, so it’s time to start bringing out the warm, knitted throws, scented candles and seasonal mugs to add extra comfort around your home.

This October, we’re asking for photos of your home looking Autumnal and cosy with a comment on what you love most about this season. Tag us in your photos, or send them to us via Facebook Messenger or Instagram.

Whether it’s snuggling into a warm blanket with a hot chocolate, or decorating the front of your home with pumpkins and bold and beautiful orange plants, or simply turning on the twinkling fairy lights and lighting a gently spiced candle for a relaxing ambience, we want to hear about it.

Send your photos and comments to us via Facebook Messenger or Instagram by Wednesday 28th October 2020 and you’ll be entered into our competition, plus we’ll share your beautiful photos on our social media pages.

All photo and comment entries must be received by 4pm on 28th October, then it’s over to our judging panel to choose their favourite Autumn-inspired home décor. The winner will be announced on Thursday 29th October and will then receive a £50 gift voucher to enjoy at Ikea.

Terms and conditions

By entering a competition of Cavanna Homes’ Facebook and Instagram account, entrants are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to enter, and the winner cannot be an employee of Cavanna Homes, their immediate families or their agents, or anyone else connected with the company.

This give-away is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated by Facebook or Instagram. By participating, entrants are providing information to Cavanna Homes, and not to Facebook or Instagram.

By sending Cavanna Homes photos on Instagram and Facebook in relation to the Autumn photo and comment competition, entrants are giving the firm consent to share the photos publicly on Cavanna Homes’ Instagram and Facebook account, on their website and other marketing materials.

 

How to enter

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents (excluding Scotland and Channel Islands).
  2. Internet access is required.
  3. Entrants do not need to be an owner of a Cavanna home to enter or take part.
  4. To enter: send a photo of your Autumnal décor in your home with a comment on what you love about this season, to Cavanna Homes via Facebook Messenger, by commenting on Cavanna Homes’ Autumn competition Facebook post or via Instagram direct message by 4pm on Wednesday 28th October 2020.
  5. The prize: a £50 voucher to be spent at Ikea.
  6. Winner selection: all valid entries received by 4pm on 28th October 2020 will be sent to a judging panel. The judges will then select a winning photo. The judge’s decision is final.
  7. Winner notification: The winner will be notified on either Facebook Messenger or Instagram, depending on how they sent their photo, on Thursday 29th October 2020. Cavanna Homes will confirm final details, including the winner’s address. The winner will be required to respond within 60 days confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event that a winner does not respond to communications or if any prize is declined, Cavanna Homes reserves the right to disqualify that winner and attempt to award the prize to a reserved entrant, subject to time restraints.
  8. Those entering are advised to check their direct messages on the day following the prize draw.
  9. If a previously confirmed winner for a prize contacts Cavanna Homes outside of the winner communication timeframe (as stipulated in clause 7) to then claim their prize, Cavanna Homes reserves the right to cancel that prize.
  10. Any expenses incurred by the winners, parents or guardian and any guest with regard to travel, and in the general use and/or enjoyment of their prize, are the sole responsibility of the winners and guests.
  11. Cavanna Homes may, in its sole discretion, disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions and Cavanna Homes reserves the right to refuse entry to or disqualify any entrant whose conduct may be unlawful of otherwise bring the promotion into disrepute. In the event of such disqualification Cavanna Homes may award the applicable prize to another entrant.
  12. The decision of Cavanna Homes regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Cavanna Homes accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries. Any incorrect information provided will render the entry void.
  14. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. In the event that the prize winner does not take an element of the prize it will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. However, Cavanna Homes reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  15. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Cavanna Homes which corrupts or affects administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Cavanna Homes may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
  16. By entering this promotion, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  17. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
