Six reasons Oak Mount is the perfect place to buy your new family home

Our new development of modern, energy-efficient homes at Oak Mount in the village of Hemyock, near Cullompton is the perfect place for you and your family to call home, and here’s why…

1. Space for all the family

We have a fantastic selection of three and four-bedroom homes with space to transform a spare room into a home office using our fit-out scheme, or you could create your very own dressing room with full-length mirrored wardrobes and plenty of storage.

On selected homes, we’ve also extended the garages to accommodate a home office so that you can create an ideal work / home life balance. Alternatively, use this space to be creative by turning it into an art studio, play or gaming room, or even a garden bar to enjoy with friends and family in the summer.

2. Excellent education

Oak Mount is in an ideal location for young families with our new homes in the catchment area of the ‘Outstanding’ rated Uffculme School for children aged 11-16 years.

For younger children, Hemyock Primary School is across the road from our new community, meaning pupils and parents can walk to and from the school during the week.
