Family day out
After a long week, Summerleaze Beach is great for a family day out, picnic or get together with friends during the summer, and ideal for a brisk walk during the cooler months. The beach is dog friendly throughout the year, however during the summer season, dogs must be kept on leads in the daytime when the RNLI lifeguards are on duty.
Summerleaze Beach is famous for its sea pool which provides a safe space for swimmers of all ages. There are also a range of water-based activities to try; surfing and stand-up paddleboarding to name a few.
At the end of a great day on the beach, the journey back home to Bellevue is less than 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bicycle or 40 minutes on foot.
