Our support for the government’s plans to relax nutrient neutrality rules

Our Group Managing Director, Grayham Tucker was recently featured on Sky News to express our support for the government’s plans to relax nutrient neutrality rules.

The restrictions have blocked the delivery of much-needed new homes in the UK, including our plans for 140 energy-efficient houses in Crossways, Dorset.

Speaking to Tom Clarke at Sky News, Grayham said: “We should have started construction in May 2022, and as part of this we would have by now delivered much needed affordable housing, as well as sustainable infrastructure.”

We were also pleased to see that Grayham has been quoted in a number of print and online media publications who have recognised the importance of this decision for housebuilders. Thanks to the Western Morning News, The Times, Housebuilder Media and Construction News.
