The ‘Future of Residential Property’ Roundtable
Our Director of Land & Design, Michael Newman recently took part in the South West Business Insider’s ‘Future of Residential Property’ roundtable discussion.
The panellists debated the current and future demands for residential property, the impact of ESG and building sustainably, and overcoming the planning, land availability and affordable housing challenges across the South West.
Michael said: “The event provided a valuable opportunity for industry professionals who live and work in the South West to share insights and experiences, and to discuss the opportunities and challenges the residential property sector faces.
“If we are to deliver modern and efficient homes for all demographics, developers and landowners must work collaboratively and with an open mind to ensure properties are fit for the future and generations to come.”
