Supporting South West families with £14,874 donation to Children’s Hospice South West

At Cavanna Homes, supporting the communities where we build is incredibly important to us. That’s why we’re proud to have raised £14,874.97 for Children’s Hospice South West through a year of fundraising activities organised by our teams across the region.

Throughout the year, colleagues from across the business came together to support the charity through a range of events, including a charity golf day, a company-wide bike ride challenge and our annual Christmas raffle. We also raised additional funds through tuck shop donations, fundraising events and a show home furniture auction at our Bellevue development in Bude.

Together, these efforts raised an impressive £14,874.97 for Children’s Hospice South West, helping the charity continue its vital work supporting babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, as well as their families.

Paul Moran, Managing Director at Cavanna Homes, said: “We are incredibly proud to support Children’s Hospice South West with this donation. The charity does such important work for families across the region, and it’s something that really resonates with our team.

“This was a real collective effort, with colleagues coming together to raise funds in a variety of ways. It’s fantastic to see that effort translate into a meaningful contribution that will help support the care and services the charity provides.”

As a family-run housebuilder, we are passionate about making a positive difference in the communities we serve. Supporting local charities and community organisations forms an important part of that commitment, and we’re delighted that our fundraising efforts will help Children’s Hospice South West continue providing such valuable support to families across the South West.
