New phase at Bellevue in Bude launches alongside more than £765,000 of local investment

Cavanna Homes was delighted to welcome visitors to Bellevue in Bude as we launched an exciting new phase of homes at our growing development.

The latest phase marks an important step in the continued growth of Bellevue, which is already becoming a thriving new community on the edge of the popular seaside town.

Alongside delivering new homes, the wider Bellevue development is also supporting the local area through £765,261 in Section 106 contributions. This investment is helping to fund a range of projects in and around Bude, including the expansion of Bude Infant & Junior School, improvement works at Skitches Corner Junction, investment in outdoor sports pitches in Stratton, new public open space facilities for teenagers, and initiatives to support local air quality improvements.

Our newly launched phase introduces a collection of homes with a more contemporary architectural style, designed to complement the traditional character of the earlier homes at Bellevue. Featuring crisp white render, anthracite window frames and red brick detailing, the homes bring a fresh look to the development while remaining sensitive to the surrounding area.
