Sales Coordinator (FTC & PT)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a job share partner. This is an initial three-month fixed-term role, starting in October 2025, to support a trial arrangement, with the potential for extension or to become permanent following review. In this role you play a pivotal role in the house conveyancing process. You will be monitoring plot sales regularly, including liaising with solicitors and internal departments to ensure we achieve timely exchange of contracts and completions. You will produce regular reports for the department, senior management and external agencies. Other ad-hoc administrative tasks for the department will also be required.

Hours: 23.25 per week working Monday-Wednesday, fixed term contract (3 months).

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly organised individual with a good level of understanding of the conveyancing process. You will have excellent administrative skills, being confident in Excel and general IT. Experience in Housebuilding is desirable but not essential as full training will be given for the right individual.
