COVID-19 Customer Update

Since March 2020, we’ve been following the latest government guidance and prioritising the safety of our customers, employees and sub-contractors across our construction sites, Marketing Suites, Show Homes and our head office.

Construction work continues across our Westcountry developments, and our Marketing Suites and Show Homes remain open for pre-booked appointments, from Thursday to Monday, 10am – 5pm, with all visitors required to wear a face covering.

We are responding to customer questions over the phone or via email, and any enquiries relating to new homes on a specific site should be directed to the Sales Advisor at your chosen development, contact details can be found on the website.

For house-hunters, we offer virtual tours, videos and floor plans on our website to help you choose your new home.

Next steps

From Monday 17th May 2021, we will be able to welcome visitors to our Marketing Suites and Show Homes without an advanced booking, although social distancing and face coverings will still be required.

As we have done throughout the pandemic, we will continue to closely monitor emerging government guidance on Covid-19 measures and review our protocols accordingly.
