From A386 follow signs towards Tavistock, staying on this road then taking 1st exit at the roundabout onto A386/Dolvin Road. At the next roundabout take 2nd exit onto Abbey Bridge over the River Tavy. Continue straight onto Bedford Square and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto West Street. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Spring Hill. Continue onto New Launceston Road and Broadleigh Park will be on your left hand side.
