Anticipated Show Home opening – Summer 2026
In summer 2024, work began at Centenary Heights in Wembdon, providing 2, 3 and 4-bedroom new build homes for the Bridgwater area.
The site will deliver 109 new build properties as the first phase of a larger development, creating the start of a new community. Eight of these homes will be affordable housing for local people, managed by an affordable housing provider.
As with all Cavanna Homes properties, these new houses in Bridgwater will be constructed from high-quality materials selected for their longevity, efficiency and performance. A selection of the energy-efficient new homes will also feature solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.
